We send messages only to people who have given express written consent through our sign-up flow. Every message program follows U.S. carrier (CTIA) and TCPA requirements: clear opt-in, STOP to opt out, HELP for help, a plain-language description of what we send and how often, and consent that is never a condition of purchase.
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the dedicated SMS-consent box on the sign-up form at hihihi.ai/say-hi. The consent text reads, in full: "I agree to receive SMS messages from PINDOM LLC B (operator of hihihi) at the phone number provided, including AI-generated messages from my assistant. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
